For Incoming Horses for Boarding, Training, Lessons, or Facility Use
If you are hauling a horse onto the property, you must fill out a Liability Release for every person coming on the farm and bring your horse’s current negative Coggins certificate (within the last 12 months). If you are bringing a horse to Chatham Farm for boarding or training, please use the Incoming Horse Package forms.

For Chatham Farm Services
Every horse on the property needs a current negative Coggins certificate (within the 12 months).

Every person needs to sign a Liability Release.

If you and your horse are boarding or training, you need the Incoming Horse Package.
